What is involved in the shipping process of puppy

After all balance have been paid, I’ll call the Courier and book the pup(s) . I will need to know your nearest airports, who will pick up the pup and your address and contact numbers, The day and time will depend primarily on the flight, availability and temperature as well as when we both can travel to the airport usually. After I have booked  the pup flight, I will email or call you with the flight times, airway bill and location where the puppy is to be picked up or delivered . 

Courier/Airlines will restrict shipping until puppies are 8 weeks old by rule. The Courier/airline is very experienced in animal shipping. They take excellent care using pet care professional while they maintain strict guidelines assuring the safety of your pet. Normal shipping time length are between 4-8 hours total ( all in one day ) depending on flight and distance, Flights are booked in advance with arrival times and confirmation number, They have climate control facilities where ever the puppies are. We ship Monday through Saturday. We do ship on Holidays, We want your shipping experience to be without difficulty and will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience when picking your puppy from the airport,

1. Ground shipping

Ground shipping is a great option for transporting your puppy. We can send your puppy via ground shipping if you live within a few hours from our home. Of course, this means that transportation could take longer than flying. We use a transport company that’s professional puppy handler and delivers nationwide. Your puppy will travel in an air-conditioned vehicle and will stop on a regular basis for food, water and potty breaks. Shipping by ground will vary in cost depending on your location and is determined by the shipping company we use.

2. Airport Pickup

We will work with our trusted partners to bring your puppy to you. We work with trusted licensed professionals in the commercial air, private air, and ground transportation business and will get your puppy to your closest airport or as close to your home as we can as quickly as possible, while focusing on the health and welfare of your puppy. You can rest easy knowing with 100% certainty that your puppy is safe and in good hands. When flying our puppies, we use a certified pet specialist to fully escort and hand deliver your puppy to your nearest airport.

3. Home Delivery 

This is our preferred method and most requested form of transport. We will work with our trusted partners to bring your puppy to you. We work with trusted licensed professionals in the commercial air, private air, and ground transportation business and will get your puppy to your closest airport. Have your puppy flown to your nearest airport in the cabin with a chaperone. The Courier travels with your puppy from the breeder straight to your front door.
